Taking over another user's property

step 1
   Move your cursor over one of another user's buildings (the red or yellow colored building). Then click on the left mouse button to select the building you have chosen.

   You will then see a screen similiar to the one above. This list of options on the right, are things you can do with another user's building.

step 3
   If you click on the takeover option, you will assume the role of owning that particuliar building you have selected.

Warning
Be warned, this hostile method of gaining property is very expensive. You have to pay much more than the amount initally paid for a building. As well as this, the user who's building you are taking over gets back more than the current value for that building.

e.g.
I takeover a Pub owned by user "x". I pay £45,000 to takeover that Pub (as it initally costs £15,000). User "x" gets £20,900.
