Selling a building

step 1
   Move your cursor over one of your buildings. Then click on the left mouse button to select the building you have chosen.

   You will then see a screen similiar to the one above. The list of options on the right, are things you can do with your building.

There are two ways you can sell your selected building:-

   method 1
   Click the first option ("sell it")in the menu to put it up for sale, so other users have the option to buy it. To know if a building is for sale, check the building on the zoomed out map for a "for sale" sign.

   method 2
   Click the last option ("sell to state") in the menu to sell it to the state for 40% of it's current value.
e.g a Hotdog stand worth £1,670 sold back to the state, will get a return of £668.
