Building a building
Here are 4 easy steps to "building a building":-

step 1
   Move your cursor over an empty piece of land. Then click on the left mouse button to select the land you have chosen.

step 2
   You should then be prompted if you wish to buy this piece of land. Click "yes" and you should then be asked if you wish to build on this land. (You can of course just buy the land and build at a later date).

step 3
   After selecting to build, you will be asked which type of building you wish to build. You can click on the "details" for each building type to get a better idea of the buildings features.

step 4
   Once you have selected the building type you will be shown a screen that confirms you have just built a building. If you go back to the map you can see your building in all its glory.

Changing a building

Here are 2 easy steps to "changing a building":-

step 1
   Click on one of your own buildings (the blue buildings).

step 2
    You should see the building details at the top and also the menu displayed on the right. If you click on the 5th option i.e. "change it" you should be able to change your building type. This process is now very simuliar to building a building from scratch.

Warning
You should be warned that changing a building type only gives you a percentage (40%) of what you initally paid for the building.

Demolishing a building

Here are 2 easy steps to "demolishing a building":-

step 1
   Click on one of your own buildings (the blue buildings).

step 2
    You should see the building details at the top and also the menu displayed on the right. If you click on the 3rd option i.e. "demolish it" you should be able to demolish your chosen building.

Warning
You should be warned that demolishing a building removes it from the game. You get no money for demolishing it. It also costs you a small percentage of that buildings worth (5%) to demolish it, this is deducted from your cash (holdings).
