   Start small, this tip is probably the most important for new users. Don't try to do too much, keep activities minimal, let your money grow. Try to avoid playing dirty tricks and doing hostile takeovers at the start of a new game as well. The reason being, if you get caught you will most surely lose some of your cash or you might get victimised by other more developed users. Play it cool. Try to not be "that" noticed by other users.

   Building your buildings on road sides is a thumbs up, an even better idea would be to have them at junctions. Before you know it you'll be raking it in.

   Another building tip is to be aware about what buildings you are building next to each other. e.g. having two "cinemas" next to each other will bring you a fall in profits for both buildings. On the flip side, having a "burger bar" next to a "cinema" could be of some "pocket profit".
